1. Purpose

This Delivery and Refund Policy explains the terms applicable to shipping, delivery, returns, cancellations, and refunds for orders placed on loryaa.com.

It forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale of LORYAA.

2. Delivery Areas

LORYAA delivers to the destinations made available at checkout.

If a destination is not available when placing an order, this means that delivery to that location is not currently offered.

3. Order Processing

Orders are prepared and shipped within the timeframe indicated on the Website or at checkout.

Processing times are provided for information purposes only and may be extended during peak periods, product launches, holidays, or exceptional circumstances.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are indicated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

LORYAA shall not be held liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, force majeure, or any event outside its reasonable control.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are displayed before the order is confirmed.

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and any similar charges imposed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated on the Website.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date delivery information.

LORYAA shall not be responsible for failed delivery, delay, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Delivery Issues

If a parcel is damaged, lost, or not delivered, the customer must contact LORYAA as soon as possible at contactloryaa@gmail.com so that an investigation may be opened with the carrier where appropriate.

If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, the customer is encouraged to note reservations with the carrier or refuse the parcel where possible.

8. Right of Withdrawal

If the customer is a consumer residing in a jurisdiction where a statutory withdrawal right applies, the customer may exercise this right under the applicable legal conditions.

For consumers covered by French and EU distance selling rules, the legal withdrawal period is generally 14 days from receipt of the goods, without having to state any reason, subject to the legal exceptions. The seller must also provide pre-contractual information, including on withdrawal rights and return costs where applicable.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an unambiguous statement by email to contactloryaa@gmail.com before expiry of the applicable period.

Returned items must be sent back without undue delay and in accordance with the applicable legal rules.

9. 30-Day “Satisfied or Refunded” Commercial Policy

In addition to any mandatory legal rights, LORYAA offers a 30-day “Satisfied or Refunded” commercial guarantee.

Under this commercial policy, the customer may request a return and refund within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that all the following conditions are met:

  • the item is unused;

  • the item is returned in its original packaging;

  • the item is returned in perfect resale condition;

  • the return request is sent within the 30-day period to contactloryaa@gmail.com

This 30-day commercial policy is offered voluntarily by LORYAA and does not replace or reduce any mandatory legal rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

10. Return Conditions

Unless the return is due to a defective product, an incorrect item, or a legal obligation to the contrary, returns are accepted only if the product:

  • has not been used;

  • is returned in its original packaging;

  • is complete, clean, and undamaged;

  • includes any accessories, instructions, tags, or inserts originally provided.

LORYAA reserves the right to refuse a refund, or to issue only a partial refund where legally permitted, if the returned item does not comply with these conditions.

11. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return, withdrawal, or refund where permitted by law:

  • personalized or custom-made products;

  • sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;

  • products damaged after delivery due to misuse or normal wear and tear;

  • any other product excluded by applicable law.

12. Return Procedure

To request a return, the customer must contact contactloryaa@gmail.com and provide:

  • full name;

  • order number;

  • product(s) concerned;

  • reason for the return;

  • photos, where relevant in case of damage or defect.

LORYAA will then provide the return instructions.

No return should be sent without prior contact, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where:

  • the product delivered is defective;

  • the wrong product was delivered; or

  • applicable law provides otherwise.

If the return is accepted because of an error attributable to LORYAA or because the product is defective, LORYAA will reimburse the reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate prepaid return solution where possible.

14. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, LORYAA will notify the customer whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

For consumers exercising a legal withdrawal right under EU rules, reimbursement is generally due no later than 14 days from the date the seller is informed of the withdrawal, although the seller may defer reimbursement until the goods are recovered or proof of shipment is provided, depending on the legal framework.

15. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the customer receives a defective item or an item that does not match the order, the customer must contact contactloryaa@gmail.com as soon as possible, providing all relevant details and, where possible, photographs.

In such cases, LORYAA may offer, depending on the situation and applicable law:

  • a replacement;

  • a repair;

  • a store credit; or

  • a refund.

This is without prejudice to any legal guarantees that may apply under mandatory consumer law.
